Panic Attack's
Panic Attack's can occur while you are awake and even when you are sleeping. If you feel a sudden surge of fear and do not have any warning or obvious reason for the feelings, you may be experiencing a panic attack. It is more severe than the fear associated with every day stress. According to the American Psychological Association the symptoms of Panic attack's are:

- Racing Heartbeat
- Problems breathing or feeling as if you cannot breath
- A feeling of terror that almost paralyzes you
- Feeling light headed, dizzy or feelings of nausea
- Trembling uncontrollably, sweating, and shaking
- Choking
- Chest pains
- Suddenly feeling cold chills or hot flashes
- Your fingers or toes feel as if they are tingling
- Feeling fear that you are going crazy or that you are going to die
