How Hobbies Can Improve Your Health
Studies show that hobbies (participation in activities that you enjoy) are actually good for your health. Maybe this is because getting a hobby or getting involved with group activities have a way of relaxing you by taking your mind off the outside stresses and pressures of daily responsibilities and worries. According to NIH (National Institute of Health) studies indicated that physical activity, healthy food choices, and hobbies can reduce the chances of getting dementia, depression, and other age related health problems.
