Ways to Make Exercise More Productive

Exercise has many benefits and has been proven to improve your physical and emotional health, control weight, prevent many illnesses and disease, create muscle tone, reduces the signs of aging, improves your mood, cognitive abilitities, and self esteem, boosts energy levels, promotes more restful sleep, improves sex, and can be enjoyable.
1. Boost your metabolism
Boosting your metabolism will make your exercise more productive by reducing your sugar consumption and get protein, fats, and fiber at every meal. (Dr. Josh Axe).
2. Do exercises you like
3. Exercise with a friend
4. Set a specific time to do your exercises every day. It doesn't have to be the same time every day but be sure to put it on your daily schedule and then do it.
5. Select your favorite songs to exercise to during your exercise sessions.
You don't have to spend lots of money to go to a gym or hire a personal trainer (though it does help for people who need extra motivation). However, if you are like me and do not like (or are uncomfortable) to be around lots of half naked people working out (especially when you first start working out) a little self discipline, a schedule, and some carefully chosen exercises can go a long way into improving your health as well as, improving your muscle tone.
